The current Fedora packages for Wine 10.18 are broken due to the inclusion of a dummy package in the Requirements named wine-missing-buildrequires-on-OSMesa

It would seem from that, that the libOSMesa is missing in the build environment

Loaded fine with root user, and then run wine notepad as regular user.

Did same on only Fedora 43 machine, and seems fine. At lead no issues with notepad.
