It would be nice if I could use the application “ElsterFormular 19.5
(2018-06-14)” together with the software “Wine 3.10-820.1” finally.

It can take minutes until a dialogue like “Search for updates” will be
displayed.

Can't reproduce this bug with wine v8.0-rc2 and Elsterformular v21.5.0.22.

This bug should be closed as fixed.
