Susan reports:
"[With wine-0.9.37,]  ViaVoice still sticks on saving the training 
data, but the error message is much shorter:
 fixme:msvcrt:__lconv_init  stub
 fixme:msvcrt:MSVCRT_setlocale :Codepage only locale not implemented"
