Maybe the gdi/gdi++'s error, because the soft's info window.

1) I install the WineBottle, and clear it.
2) I install the wine with WineBottle's Wine 1.4.1.
3) Install the .net frameworks 2.0.
4) Install the .net frameworks 4.0 - failure.
5) Install Eziriz's .NET Reactor.
6) Run the Reactor.

Please try latest development version first, specifically 1.5.15.

I install GDI+ with Winetricks, then resolved.

Thanks for letting us know.  But that's not a fix, that's a workaround,
so reopening.

Please test with wine-1.6rc4 and let us know if it still needs native gdiplus.

This installed fine with wine-1.5.22-254-gc14bdaf (and presumably will with
wine-1.6-rc4); to run it, I had to do
  winetricks dotnet40
So, wine's gdiplus seems to have improved, and native gdiplus is no longer
needed to start this app.
