[Bug 13390] New: Mouse cursor is not visible in KoH

After the opening movies run, the player is presented with an initial options
screen.  At this point, the player cannot continue as there is no mouse. 
Random clicking seems to have no affect so it is likely more "gone" than
"invisible".

This bug is similar to #6250 which has some applicable history. I was unable to
get that one re-opened.

I suggest changing the severity at least to normal as the game is unusable due
to this bug.

I think as the source of the problem is wine's missing ani cursor support this
bug report is actually a duplicate of bug nr 10708 so please move your votes
and ccs to there.
