IP-TV Player is a very popular broadcast player used in ISP provider network in
Russia. It is based on vlc lib.
Player works very well, special when OpenGL output used. But switch to
Fullscreen (F key) not works.

Fullscreen mode works here with today's Wine git. Please retest, if it still
doesn't work specify which Window Manager are you using, and try KDE or Gnome.

I use Gnome windows manager Metacity.

Yes, It's switch to Fullscreen, but switch in windows mode not work.
You need press ESC for exit from FullScreen, but opened Control Panel.
