After the logos, screen begins to flicker and the game becomes unplayable. Choosing to enable Vsync seems to make things better, but it's still too hard to play. This bug can be avoided with this trick:
Edit your ~/.wine/drive_c/users//My Documents/CAPCOM/SFTK/config.ini
Under [SYSTEM], set "RenderingThread=OFF".
