[Bug 1926] FoxPro scrolling produces garbage output in report preview

This is, I believe, the same as bug 1091. I actually looked into that bug more
than a year ago, and reported some results of the investigation here:

Unfortunately, I did not come up with a fix. It is a very subtle bug (at least
to me).
