[Bug 3166] Winw will not install Quicken Delux 2005

I tried installing Quicken 2005 Premier Edition. (Not specifically listed in the
AppDb so I'm entering my data here.) The install starts, pops up a first dialog
and then pretty much immediately died. HEre's what I got in my terminal:

NOTE: This is an AMD64 machine. I do not pretend to know how that effects thing
except that folks on the Wine-Users list tell me Wine should run.
