Wine shows only a black screen when Insaniquarium Deluxe is started. (There is a free trial version that can be tested at http://www.popcap.com/gamepopup.php?theGame=insaniquarium.) Wine 1.0 works great, but by 1.1.1 the black screen bug started and is still present as of current 1.1.6. Testing on Ubuntu 8.04.

But the problem was between 1.1.2 and 1.1.3, despite what I originally thought, and precompiled binaries confirmed it, and specifically: --- Bisecting: 0 revisions left to test after this [7f2b8f9bba906b8620eb6c643a86c65b69d022fb] wined3d: Support redirecting the primary context. --- Also note that this page: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting does not show how to look up the author of a patch/commit. I looked around the site but did not find it.
