When the progress bar for the Rome: Total War setup program reaches 
approximately 1/3, it displays an error box

Feature transfer error
Error: -1627 ERROR_FUNCTION_FAILED

I suspect the correct action here would have been for the program to ask for 
the next disc, which there are three of.
