In 1.3.7 the help has been broken in many applications.
For instance, publish or perish shows the help chapter tree, but the help pages
are blank. LTSpice (with the -nowine option) does the same.

This has been broken and fixed already for at least two times previously, so
maybe this hint can help identify the current problem.

Sorry, can't do that.

I can however restrict the search a bit for people who might be able to do it.

A bug was opened on 10/9 on this as in 1.3.2 help was blank
On 18/9 the bug was confirmed.
On 1/11 it was realized that the current wine was not having the issue any
more.
Guess that was 1.3.5

For sure 1.3.7 and 1.3.8 have the bug again.
