I cant start the game for a long time. Before I can play the game without any
problems. The console output is attached.

What happens if you use a clean prefix, does it work?

mv ~/.wine ~/.wine-old

then reinstall the application and see if it starts

This is hacked up version of CS with removed Steam. This stuff is not
supported.

I just copy the game from another computer.
What is that Steam?
How can I continue to play CS on linux?
I try with reinstalling the wine many times. Wont work.

Steam is the only official way to play CS 1.6.  If you have the original CD
then install the game and install the steam client afterwards.  If you don't
own the game then you need to buy it.  http://store.steampowered.com/
