Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks gecko
3) wine WWL7080.exe
4) default installation
5) override winhttp.dll
6) wine ww.exe

Behaviour:
GUI is not usable and lacks widgets (left image).

Expected behaviour:
GUI should be usable and have all widgets (right image).

Workaround:
winetricks ie7 msxml3

fwiw, "winetricks gecko" hasn't done anything for a long time.  What version
are you using?

I don't know if its a new version or something but it looks even worse in
1.5.13.

Hello folks,

confirming, still present. Adding working download link.

There is a small thumbnail like view of the GUI (DHTML based) on the form.
As if the embedded browser control is not resized to the hosting
container/parent window.

$ sha1sum WWL7080.exe 
cd95dc1934f6b8953fc46caa94843cb6c7900aec  WWL7080.exe

$ du -sh WWL7080.exe 
5.0M    WWL7080.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.55

Dead download?

I can't understand the language but I couldnt find any download at the page.
