Wine won't start anything that uses Directx

Graphics Intel® 915G x86/MMX/SSE2

what wine --version says? Does it really say 1.7.22?

Also give some debug.

Isn't this the same problem you reported in bug 34871? If it is something new,
you need to be more specific.

This applies for all applications that use directx I'm not willing to do a
regression test because its a pain and its too complex for me I want to play
Project64 and ePSXe and i get better performance out of the dx8 plugins. How do
I do a debug again? and its more similar to this bug-

Wine 1.4.0 worked flawlessly and if it worked then it should work now so im not
taking "get a new card" as an answer I cant find Wine 1.4.0 in the repositories
any more so i can't simply go back to it anymore.
