First attemt running wine setup.exe

I am trying to install Autodesk Revit Arcitectural on Kubuntu 7.04 but get an
error message that depended assembly Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls can not
be found.

I see from bug 9192 that I am supposed to run a mainfest to correct this. I
have tried the manifest that was listed in the bug but don't get much more from
it. It seems that the manifest is not found.

The manifest was named Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls.manifest and put in
the same folder as the setup.exe

Invalid. Remove ~/.wine directory and try again.

I got confused here. Shall I try to remove the wine and install it again?

Remove ~/.wine, reinstall your application and retest. This should be fixed in
wine 0.9.45, but because you were using an old .wine directory, the file needed
wasn't created.

Result after reinstall wine 0.9.45

Ok, I understand and have now removed the dir and reinstalled wine 0.9.45.
The results after trying to run the setup.exe is shown in the attachemt.

Any new suggestions?

Open new bug report stating exactly what the problem is. Not some messages you
see in the terminal. Because other then blaming some random parts of Wine you
failed to state what doesn't work for you?
