Install the game, apply 10005 patch, nodvd.

Immediately after run XR_3DA.exe Xray Engine show crash screen.

Command line for run: XR_3DA.exe -nointro -nodistort -dsound -dx80

"VertexShaderMode"="hardware"
"VideoMemorySize"="256"
"UseGLSL"="disabled"

Try other combinations, no luck. All info about my hard and soft in
attachments.

What video card and driver version? This is the most important information you
did not include. No need to attach loads of gentoo garbage here. It's not
gentoo bugzilla.

Why did you disable GLSL? Enable it. Try without FBO (default configuration).
FBO is really buggy on latest NVidia drivers.
