I initially installed the game (v1.2) and right after that i began to install patch v1.3 and end up with the same error message (Windows popup window message Error 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime).
Than i notice that there are few hanging wine processes like idriver.exe etc. After killing those processes i was able to cleanly apply patch v1.3.
Tested on:
* wine-1.1.29 * wine-1.1.30
Both are OK. I vote for closing this bugreport.
PS: If you try to run this patch twice, you get exactly same err console output and Windows popup window message Error 1607: Windows popup window message Error 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.
