[e-mail].  This is almost
certainly a placeholder email address that should
have been changed during configuration.

As far as I am aware, that's an email notifying the bugzilla IRC bugbot, so the
bot can tell people in IRC.

Yes, this is how we configured it. bugbot in #winehackers is notified this way.
