I was trying to install the freshly released 5.0 on Debian buster:

$ sudo apt install wine-stable-i386
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

As is clear from your console output, stable now requires FAudio. Since the
distro does not provide it for buster, we provide it on the OBS. Follow the
instructions on https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=32192 to install
it.
