Could you provide up to date wine debug?

All other reports are garbage but not the last one.

There is a good guide how you could make run this.

Seems like a dublicate of #9124 unless described in appdb hacks were applied.

Well without the fix you linked my the MGS does not start. however with that
fix it does work

Based on these infos nothing can be really fixed. Needs new console
output/backtrace. for sound issues: winetricks -q dsound, directmusic
