Retry with a clean .wine (Either move or delete ~/.wine). This should be fixed
in wine 0.9.45.

this was a first time in a long run when i didn't clean .wine - and got
slightly bitten by that :)

indeedn, first error message is gone with clean .wine, only 
fixme:shell:DllCanUnloadNow stub
is printed eight times.

Invalid then.  fixme's are not errors, and an app that doesn't run doesn't mean
it didn't install correctly.
