I think this issue is similar with bug 6900. While
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6900#c12 didn't worked for me, I've
created similar patch that solves this bug 8037 (in my case). Of course, this
is just a dirty hack, not a real solution. See
