Installation log on Wine 1.3.31

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks dotnet20sp2
3) wine setup.exe
4) default installation

Behaviour:
Installer fails to install some LabView dlls.

Expected behaviour:
Installer should install all LabView dlls.

Additional information:
Wine 1.3.24 installs those dlls but installation process is slow (see bug
#27841). It's a regression but I won't be re-installing LabView each time to
check which commit caused this.

Starting LabView on Wine 1.3.31

LabView starts, shows licensing window, I press OK, LabView shows splash screen
and finally main window, but I cannot do anything because it shows that Wine
failed and application exits.

but I don't get the problem in 1.3.31 or wine-1.3.32-277-ge7bbb4e.

Though fwiw, 1.3.31 does say 'installation failed' after finishing, but git
doesn't. May be worth trying the full version again.
