I have tested fallout2 with this command you gave wine 
explorer /desktop=foo,800x600 fallout2.exe , cursor don't "escape" the window ,it 
stays in it. Situation is exactly as Robert Lundmark describes ,it seems that this bug 
isn't a duplicate of 5691 so i reopen this bug.

If someone could direct me how to get bebug info from wine while running f2 i will 
attach it ,thanks.
