--- Comment #1 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com --- Please try again in clean prefix, this looks like some other application component is crashing.

--- Comment #2 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello Don,
please do as Nikolay said: always use separate WINEPREFIXes for each app/game. Make yourself familiar with the WINEPREFIX concept: https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#Wineprefixes
If you reuse your default WINEPREFIX (~/wine) for multiple software installations it will very likely break at one point. Bug reports from recycled/reused prefixes are usually considered invalid unless you can prove the problem by using a clean (new!) WINEPREFIX.
It seems 'idmtdi.sys' belongs to Internet Download Manager (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Download_Manager). I doubt Microsoft bundles Office with this software.

--- Comment #4 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
normally the bug would be resolved 'invalid' (shared WINEPREFIX), but I'm resolving as dupe of bug 43642 ("Internet Download Manager TDI Driver 'idmtdi.sys' crashes on unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.IoReleaseRemoveLockAndWaitEx"). Bug 43642 also resulted from using tainted/recycled WINEPREFIX.
Most likely one software the users(s) installed had IDM bundled with. The users mindlessly clicked through installer buttons/checkboxes as usual, causing it to be installed as well.
Regards
