In wine-9.7 shows the login window (though I can't type my email address in).
With older wine, the window says that the browser/OS needs to be upgraded.
Testing with some older binaries I have, the behavior changed somewhere between wine-8.10 and wine-8.15 (didn't try bisecting it).

If installing the WebView2 Runtime, and adding a config for `msedgewebview2.exe` to set the Windows version for it to Windows 7, and running the CC installer with `WEBVIEW2_ADDITIONAL_BROWSER_ARGUMENTS="--no-sandbox"`, the installer will work, though the mouse cursor doesn't show when over the window.
