I've been using YNAB 4 for some time in with amd open source drivers. After installing the AMD proprietary drivers (tried both 13.11 beta and fglrx provided with my distro) the application flickers and is unusable.

I think that you can try updating to wine 1.7.7 but the problem may simply be in the AMD drivers.
