While attempting to start Race 07 demo it brings the configuration screen. Then
exits without starting the game.

Full version does start for me fine, but crashes later.

Menu is working properly, but when you enter the event, you can see all 3D cars
and stuff, except for that when you click "RACE" it dies.

Removing deprecated CVS/GIT version tag. Please retest in current git. If still
present, update version field to earliest known version of wine that had this
bug. Thanks!
