I'm getting a "General extraction error: Location ES2" popup when I try to start Pulsen (pulsengame.com). Worked on Ubuntu 1.3.29 but not in Arch 1.3.30.

Can you try in 1.3.29 on arch / 1.3.30 on ubuntu to narrow it down? If it's really a regression in wine, run a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting

Maybe try again in a clean Wine prefix using the same method you used to get Pulsen installed before.
