Error message

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) install TextAloud MP3 ()
3) wine TextAloudMP3.exe

Behaviour:
Error (see attachment)

Expected behaviour:
No error.

I didn't try it because I don't want to download ca. 500 GB sp1 for windows 7
as it is now required by winetricks.
