Summary: wine installation problem despite the presence of required files Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P1 Component: wine-winelib AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: pradnyasoorya@yahoo.co.in
I have AMD64 dual core m/c on which I tried to install wine. It gives the problem that wine-core requires libgphoto2.so.0 and libgphoto2_port.so.2 and fails to get installed. Actually both these files are present in the /usr/lib64 directory. What's the problem ? Am I doing anything wrong ? Please help me solve the problem. Thanks a lot.

--- Comment #1 from Juan Lang juan_lang@yahoo.com 2007-10-19 10:08:01 --- You need 32-bit versions of those. Please check with your distro for 32-bit compatibility libs for libgphoto2. (Not a Wine bug.)
