I installed the following via Winetricks:
* xact_jun2010
* vcrun2010
* dotnet40

After first installing and playing the camera would jump. But after closing the
game and reopening everything worked flawlessly.

dotnet40 is not supported for 64bit

There is nothing wrong with that test report. Nowhere in the test report does
it suggest that a 64 bit wineprefix was used. Test reporters are not expected
to provide instructions in basic Wine usage.

You are free to submit test reports of your own with more detailed
instructions, or even better, apply to be a maintainer and create a detailed
howto.
