When installing IE6 under cvs it gives out this error:   
W95INF16.DLL   X   
Thunk ConnectWin32 Faliure   
OK

In the console it reports it cant find W95INF16.DLL.

I have noted that when using regsvr32 after install fails it also gives the   
same error regardless of the DLL.

This never seemed to happen under 20050725

Note that I had to set emulated windows version to 98 and set the override for  
advpack to native, builtin. Plus I am doing a full install of IE.

I have attached a entire log from installing DCOM98 to IE6.
