Steps to reproduce;

1. Launch Photoshop CS6
2. Create a new image
3. Create 2 layers
4. Drag and drop one of the layers

At this point you can observe that dragging the layer leaves a trail of
garbage.

What workarounds are you using? Does a native gdiplus make any difference?

Workarounds:

- msxml3 ( for installer )
- atmlib ( fixes crash when opening files )
- gdiplus_winxp ( crashes when opening Mini-Bridge )

So I've already tried a native gdiplus
