What application are you using? Try to configure Linux USBtty interface
instead.

Linux USBtty interface configured and works normally, some programs that works
with the cable runs fine under wine, but some gives the message

Invalid. Fixme is NOT A PROBLEM!

What program? Why do you think it's using serial interface? Do you have all
correct permissions set?

This program called V_KLay (http://vi-soft.com.ua/ in russian). This is a
special program for patching Siemens phones. It's using serial interface
because it works with the phone via cable. Other similar programs using serial
interface works normally. In Windows this program works normally.
