On a 2008_12_15 lenny, wine-1.1.13, after install of Eudora 7.1.0.9,

text in the message area of the email client appears scrambled (consistently,
i.e. all messages except of html msgs are affected).

Text in the message list or in menus is not affected.

No response from OR in 10 months as to whether this is still an issue. Marking
abandoned. Reopen if this is still an issue in 1.2-rc2 or newer.
