The detailed crash log on 1.0-rc1

Hi,

While trying to run Project Nomands, a game running before, I now get a FIXME
which appears three times and leads to un unhandled exception and crashes the
game.
It does not restore the resultion of the screen and leaves me unable to access
the game.

The message is: fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_CreateAdditionalSwapChain

Full log is attached.

Can someone with D3D knowledge please have a look and tell me if I need to
provide more information? I'm running this on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy (32 bits) with
an nVidia GeForce4 Ti 4400.
I searched the existing bugs but could not find any reference to this
particular case. In case I'm mistaken, please let me know.

Things you can do to help fixing it:

1) run a regression test (http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting)
2) search the net for downloadable demos or trials that can be used to
reproduce
