--- Comment #1 from sleijeri@gmail.com 2011-06-23 15:05:29 CDT --- Did you build it with --without-xinput2 as the xinput is still broken and was it that its xorg fault now, even its "fixed" in wine.

No, there were some more fixes in wine recently. This is with xinput2. Without xinput2 (last I tried), the mouse spun around uncontrollably.

--- Comment #3 from Alex Bradbury asb@asbradbury.org 2011-06-24 03:16:30 CDT --- The DNF demo is now available to all on Steam, which presumably can be used to test for this problem: http://store.steampowered.com/app/57940/

--- Comment #4 from Manu Manuel.Bihl@gmx.de 2011-07-16 01:11:00 CDT --- This bug looks like its related with the native dinput8 - if you winetricks dinput8 and start Assassins Creed: Brotherhood you get nearly the same issue, it's unplayable. If you don't override it (ACB works with implemented) everything works fine. DNF just doesn't run with native dinput (there's an other bug for this) so the issue appears everytime (as long as there's not that error message at start).

--- Comment #5 from Roland Haeder roland@mxchange.org 2011-08-06 05:33:58 CDT --- I use MouseWarpOverride=force, if that helps you. (and I didn't specify --without-xinput2, config.h says #define HAVE_X11_EXTENSIONS_XINPUT2_H 1 here).
