Steps to reproduce:
1) wine notepad++.exe
2) load long.log from the attachment

Behavior:
The slider is slim and difficult to point to (see the attachment).

Expected behavior:
The slider should be sized as on Windows (see the attachment).

No. The screenshot is from Windows 7, but I've also tested it on Windows 10. If
it's important to you then I can test it on Windows 11 as well.

I've put a MR for this here:

It seems that this was a default that's not been changed for a long time, but
that it's OK to update.

Not sure if you're interested at this point, but this bug is also scrollbar
related, this time where the scrollbar just isn't getting drawn when changing
from a display of items that doesn't need one to one that does. I suspect it's
a refresh/redraw error.
