Steps to reproduce
- Open winhelp
- Open example file
- Click "What's important in this window?"
- Click "Speed field"
- In the opened popup click UART.

The second popup opens and closes immediately

When you click UART again, the second popup gets opened normal. But then the
first popup doesn't close now, see bug 55872.
