Log of errors when game is started and exited from the menu.

When playing the freeware game "iji", the background music refuses to play.

Easily repeatable by loading the game, and not hearing the background music on
the menu.

Tested on wine 1.1.13

I can confirm this one. Sound effects work, but no background music.

Background music works fine in 1.1.21, bug can be closed.

The mciqtz32 implementation efforts in 1.1.19-21 by Christian Costa helped, I
think. Excellent work! Thanks!
