You didn't describe the problem.  Also, please don't enable a debug flag unless
asked, it can be rather distracting.

Ok, sorry, thought debug might help. Let me know if you want me to run without
it or any other changes. I though the basics of the problem were clear enough.
It doesn't install at all, as described in bug #8499. Sorry, I'm not exactly an
experienced bug filer.

At this point it fails because GetFontHeightGivenDPI returns NotImplemented.
Followed by GdipGetDC and GdipReleaseDC. After getting those to return Ok, it
fails because GetImagePaletteSize is a stub.

Hello,

this bug can be closed.
There is no installation issue present.

Native gdiplus override is not needed anymore.
Run time issues are already referenced (bug 8499).
