Your are using an a very old version of WINE.

Can you please upgrade wine to a later version, preferable 3.0? and try again.

Hello folks,

resolving 'ABANDONED' here since OP didn't bother to respond.

Based on the report date it could be Enterprise Architect 13.5 if the most
recent version was used.
