winhttp:winhttp - test_large_data_authentication() gets an HTTP denied error on
macOS:

Where 401 == HTTP_STATUS_DENIED

This failure first appeared on 2023-09-29. However it may have been hidden by
the crash that was happening up until 2023-09-27 so having this failure is
probably progress.

It's because ntlm_auth is missing on the test machines.
