so as the title says, since Wine 10.19 FL Studio and probably other wine apps
with CSDs fail to minimize, I've attached a video that shows the issue, also
I'm using wine in xWayland mode so I'm guessing it's a winex11 issue, I haven't
tested if this issue happens with winewayland too for now
