Bug ID: 35845 Summary: So this is fun. -.- Wine is "broken". Product: Wine Version: unspecified Hardware: x86 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: blocker Priority: P2 Component: programs Assignee: wine-bugs@winehq.org Reporter: s1ll7gurl@gmail.com
Created attachment 47859 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=47859 What my Terminal spits out.
Okay so now this is just lollipops and rainbows. I finally figure out that I have been running a very early version of Wine so I go to update it. Nothing happens. So then I decide to try doing it manually. I add the repository. I update via terminal. Then I go to install and I get an error message telling me that it is "broken". Help?

--- Comment #1 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello Ahlyssa,
you obviously have problems installing Wine itself, this has nothing to do with a bug in Wine. Bugzilla is the wrong place for this, it's not meant for end user support.
Please visit WineHQ user forums to get help: http://forum.winehq.org/
And no, this is not 'funny', please avoid abusing Bugzilla this way.
