Steps to reproduce: 1. Install PLSQLDeveloper v8.x; 2. Connect to any database; 3. Click on any DB table with right button, select DBMS_Metadata->XML Error "OLE error 80004001" pops twice, with following lines in console:
fixme:msxml:domdoc_get_parseError (0x9903ad8)->(0x32e714): creating a dummy parseError fixme:msxml:domdoc_get_readyState fixme:msxml:domdoc_get_parseError (0x9903ad8)->(0x32faf0): creating a dummy parseError fixme:msxml:domdoc_get_readyState

With 1.3.5 release the message is gone and PL/SQL Developer shows xml tree. Pressing OK triggers another error message, this time internal. I will investigate that and will fill another bug, if needed.
