Data dumped by Wine when the error occurred

This text is extracted from the middle of a lot of other messages put out by
Wine that I believe are not relevant.  They occur as my product tries to
determine whether there are any characters associated with keyboard scancodes. 
The messages happen for scancodes for which there is no character assigned.
