Hi,
this is my first bug report. Hopefully I get it right.
When starting Teamviewer 4.1.6597 in Wine 1.1.29 (Ubuntu 9.04 x86-64) I get the attached rendering error. The text in the lower right is totally black. Usually you should find some text there saying "Partner List".
Currently I'm using the xorg radeon driver (for my X1600) that normally works flawlessly without any display corruption. I have no possibility to make a cross check on other hardware so I guess it is a wine specific bug.
I have never used Wine before so I cannot tell if this may be a regression. Maybe other users can help me sorting this out.

--- Comment #4 from mst@collogia.de 2009-09-07 03:32:04 --- In between I was able to narrow down the text corruption. It seems as if part of this comes from using Windows NT mode in winecfg. If you start the application in Windows XP mode (sometimes it is startable - see bug 18569) the display will show less text corruption. Screenshot of XP Mode is attached.

Not only wine, but also Win98 and NT are a little bit picky with the parameters, especially the destination DC. (screen DC vs. compatible mem DC vs. DIB-Section)
To improve compatibility, TeamViewer changed how AlphaBlend is used in recent versions. But of course it'd be good to improve wine's AlphaBlend implementation.

Don't have that exact version, this is the best we can get (4.1.9105): http://www.teamviewer.com/download/version_4x/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
IMO the bug should be marked as fixed.
